- Can I reserve now and pay on a later date?
Yes , reservation fee is $100 , Full payment will be on the day itself before event start .
- What are the payment options available?
Payments can be made via Paynow / bank transfer / cash .
- What is your cancellation policy?
7 days before event date , free cancellation and refund of reservation deposit .
- Can I change the date of my booking?
All booking may be brought forward subject to availability. Booking may only be postpone if request is made at least 7 days prior to event date .
- What is the minimum booking duration?
The minimum booking is 3 hours. For >5 Hrs booking, Extra 30mins given for preparation and another 30mins given for clearing up.
- What is the maximum booking duration?
The maximum booking duration is 12 hours.
- When should I make the booking for my event?
It is recommended for booking to be made 1 month in advance to avoid disappointment.
