For booking 5hr or more, free 30min preparation time & 30 min clearing up time.
Full day booking ( 10hrs ) @ $850 Nett.
Operation timing : 24 hours, base on booking request.
Time extension allowed, paynow before extension. Provided if space is available.
Extensions will be charged at the prevailing hourly booking rates.
Extensions on the event day will be charged at hoursly.
Prices above are inclusive of cleaning and credit card charges.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS
7 days notice , 100% refundable for reservation fee .
$100 reservation fee forfeited for last min cancellation
AMENDMENTS
Booking may be postpone if request is made greater than 7 days notice.
Booking dates may be brought forward at no additional cost.
DAMAGE LIABILITY
Reservation deposit / security : $150
– damage / missing item
– Furniture not place back
– trash not cleared
– smoking in non designated area
– rough usage of equipment
– vomit
Midaz investments Pte ltd reserves the right to take legal action on any non-payment.
Renter is liable for up to, and equal to the full cost of damaged item.
Renter will be responsible for the actions of all invited guests.
